Palenque Group - Palenque Grill
I worked as a graphic designer for the Palenque Group for over three years, a family-owned restaurant business with three distinct brands: Taco Palenque, Palenque Grill, and Pollo Palenque.
During my time there, I developed a strong understanding of branding, teamwork, and time management in a fast-paced environment. All designers were in charge of all three brands, my responsibilities ranged from designing simple flyers to leading full-scale campaigns. Below are a few examples of the projects I led for Palenque Grill.
Fiesta Campaign
Fiesta San Antonio (or simply Fiesta) has been the city's signature celebration since its founding in 1891, bringing vibrant festivities to the streets of San Antonio every April. A key part of the tradition is the colorful, personalized medals that participating businesses distribute to attendees. Whether for fundraising, advertising, or just for fun, these medals are a sought-after element of the event.
In 2022, I had the honor of designing the Fiesta Medal, along with all the digital and print promotional materials. The medal was a standout creation, bursting with vivid colors and eye-catching details that captured the spirit of Fiesta, ensuring it became a cherished keepsake for participants.
Generic Print Material
I created a series of banners, flyers, and posters for Palenque Grill in San Antonio, Laredo, and McAllen. These designs were all about showcasing the brand's vibe while keeping a consistent look across locations.
